The board's version carries its own fee and its own calendar. We know which buildings turn approvals around in days and which need weeks, and we route tight timelines accordingly.

The amenities almost always transfer with the unit — pool, gym, common areas — though some buildings collect a tenant registration or amenity fee at move-in. Parking is a separate question entirely: assigned spaces, valet arrangements and guest policies differ tower by tower. We pin all of it down in writing before you commit.
